I`m a self taught Excel specialist. I have worked with and developed Excel-solutions since 1989. First I learned a lot by being a single person helpdesk(for all software, network, servers and whatever) for at first 120 users but during my 4 years it grew to 450 users. I learned a lot during this period as I had to help a lot of people with various knowledge levels. I simply had to be the best at all types of problems in the company. Of cause there were lots of things that were new to me but I was a keen learner and managed to help more than 95% of the questions my self. Later during my 30 year carrier I used mainly excel as a tool in my work and I was often engaged in solving different issues for projects, and funktions within the companies I worked for.
