UBC has already reduced GHG emissions by 30% at the end of 2015, which is significantly lower than 2007 levels, and for the year of 2017, UBC wants to reach a 33% reduction by the end of 2016. UBC also aims to establish a framework to provide technological and financial support to reduce the potential costs for a wide variety of vehicles. Our strategy is to develop strong relationships with students and building operations by creating the bike-cargo-share program to help them transfer lightweight mater.
