I spend the sunlight hours working at a local agency of a large, international risk management and financial services company. Following undergraduate education, I pursued a professional career while working towards returning to graduate school. I majored in Anthropology with specific interests in 1. mathematical philosophy and its applications in the social sciences, 2. the potential of and the history of theory, methodology, and data analysis within the social sciences (how can we more accurately say, as social scientists, we know this?, 3. the philosophy of anthropology (What is our epistemology? What metaphysics do we assume? What are our ethics?), 4. evolutionary theory. Academic Interests include set theory, formal logic, public education, data analysis and representation, philosophy, political theory, the expression of art within societies, and social science at large. Personal Interests include Jorge Luis Borges, immigration law, Bob Odenkirk, sketch comedy shows, being outside, and The Kinks.
